Bienville Technology, LLC was incorporated by Matthew Miller in
September 2007. Since then Bienville Technology has grown
into one of the leading Information Technology (IT) management and
computer repair firms in the Mobile area. Bienville Technology has over 250 clients that include residential
home users, small businesses, and commercial clients.
In 2008, Bienville Technology aquired Computer Management
Specialists (CMS). CMS was founded by Gene Beitel in 1987
and we can still trace several of our clients back to the late
1980's. With the acquisition and integration of CMS,
Bienville Technology gained one of our key staff members, Gene
Beitel.
In 2009, Bienville Technology grew once more and we relocated to a
larger office at 1509 Government Street in Midtown Mobile.
In April 2009, we designed and launched our new logo, a crisp and
bold stylized "B". Later in 2009, we added our media
division, Bienville Media to handle all website development,
search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing.
Beginning in early 2010, Bienville Technology grew even more. This time we relocated to an office building in West Mobile three times the size of our previous office in Midtown. The new location and additional space proved necessary and we now have adequate space for meetings, offices, storage areas, and repair facilities. In late 2010, Bienville Technology launched BTS Alarm, to provide our client with the latest technology in burglar alarms, integrated security solutions and alarm monitoring.
Bienville Technology as well and Bienville Media and BTS Alarm are
well positioned to grow in 2011. Even
while looking forward to growth, we all still aware of where we
came from. Customer service is still our first priority, and
delivering professional service and top quality support to our end users
is
still our number one concern.
Bienville Technology together with Bienville Media and BTS Alarm make up The Bienville Companies, a full service end-to-end provider of information technology, security, and online marketing services.

Although our office is located in Mobile, Alabama we service clients throughout the Greater Mobile Area including
Baldwin County, and Coastal Mississippi. Some of the cities
that we service include: Mobile, Saraland, Theodore, Bayou La
Batre, Dauphin Island, Citronelle, Bay Minette, Spanish Fort,
Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Perdido
Key in Alabama; and Pascagoula, Moss Point, Gautier, Ocean Springs, Biloxi,
Gulfport, Pass Christian, and Bay St. Louis in Mississippi.
In addition to this service area we have clients as far west as
Tallahassee, FL; as far north as Birmingham, AL; and as
far west as Baton Rouge, LA. So we are truly an IT service
provider for the entire Gulf South region.
