Bienville Technology, LLC was formed August 2007 with one simple goal, to provide the small and medium‐sized business (SMB) market with a full service technology partner. The term “partner” is used purposely instead of “provider” because we feel that every client needs to true partner to assist them with their technology needs. The senior partner and founder of Bienville Technology, Matthew Miller has an extensive background in network design and support both with small businesses and large businesses alike. Mr. Miller has also has an extensive background in voice‐over‐IP (VoIP) having completed training from Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks.

Currently Bienville Technology maintains corporate headquarters in Mobile, Alabama. Centrally located along the Gulf Coast, our service territory includes Mobile and Baldwin counties in southwest Alabama; the Mississippi Gulf Coast, including Biloxi, Gulfport, Bay St. Louis; and the Florida Panhandle.

Bienville Technology owns and maintains network servers located in data centers in Alabama and Texas. By having mirroring our application and backup servers in Alabama and Texas our clients can be assured a 99.9% uptime for their hosted applications as well access to any data stored securely on our servers.

We have partners with several hardware vendors to provide the sale of custom desktop or notebook computers; application or file servers; software; voice technologies, including VoIP; and network equipment. We can also provide full range of services to our client’ including onsite support and training; network design services; custom software programming; website development and hosting; and remote offsite backup solutions.
